Background
Vantz brings over 20 years of hands-on experience across every layer of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services. Before co-founding Vigil Cyber, he served as a Microsoft Azure Support Engineer and held leadership roles at a leading MSSP/MSP and CET Computer Magic, where he drove NIST, DFARS, and ITAR compliance for government contractors.
He co-founded Carolinas Cloud, designing cloud desktop infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols for regional businesses. He also ran his own IT services company, Elite PC, for nearly 18 years, building deep roots in the local Charlotte business community.
A certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with experience across every major MSP platform, Vantz brings a unique perspective on where the MSP industry falls short and how to build something better.
